General provisions

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between Individual Entrepreneur Alexey Alexandrovich Sorochan (“anybit”, “we”) and any visitor to the website anybit.org (“you”, the “user”).

The website means the set of pages available at anybit.org, including the home page, the portfolio section, product pages and legal documents.

By starting to use the website, you accept the Terms in full. If you disagree with even one provision, stop using the website.

The Terms do not need to be signed and operate as an agreement concluded by accession. A separate development contract, if one is concluded between us, takes precedence over the Terms in the matters it governs.

Status of the website and materials

The website is informational: it tells you about the studio, its expertise, products and completed projects.

Project descriptions, product features, rollout timelines and figures are given for information purposes, reflect the experience of specific projects and do not promise a similar result in your case.

We may change the set and content of the materials, and add or remove sections, product pages and case studies at any time without prior notice.

Some materials may contain inaccuracies or outdated information. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information up to date but do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.

Intellectual property

The design, structure, texts, graphics, page source code, logo and brand identity of anybit are intellectual property protected by Part Four of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Exclusive rights belong to Individual Entrepreneur Alexey Alexandrovich Sorochan unless expressly stated otherwise.

What you may do without separate permission

• view the website, and save and print pages for your own reference;
• quote materials to the extent justified by the purpose of the quotation, with attribution and an active hyperlink to the relevant page on anybit.org;
• share links to pages of the website.

What requires written permission

• copying the website as a whole or substantial parts of it, including for commercial use;
• adapting the materials and creating derivative works based on them;
• using the anybit logo, brand identity and name, including naming us as a partner or contractor in promotional materials;
• using the website’s materials to train machine learning models or to build datasets.

Product names, trademarks and logos of clients and third parties belong to their respective owners and are used on the website solely to identify projects and for information purposes.

If you believe that materials on the website infringe your rights, write to hello@anybit.org describing the infringement and providing proof of your rights — we will review the claim within 10 working days.

Rules for using the website

When using the website, you may not:

• interfere with the operation of the website, put excessive load on the server, or carry out load testing or vulnerability scanning without our prior written consent;
• circumvent technical restrictions or attempt to access non-public sections, service files and infrastructure;
• carry out automated bulk collection of materials — except for good-faith indexing by search engines;
• post links to the website in a context that is misleading about our relationship with third parties or about the content of the materials;
• use the website and its materials for actions that violate the laws of the Russian Federation or the rights of third parties.

If these rules are violated, we may restrict access to the website from your address and take the protective measures provided for by law.

You can contact us at hello@anybit.org or on Telegram at @sorochan. There are no contact forms on the website — it does not receive or store your messages.

An enquiry does not create a contractual relationship and does not oblige us to take on the project. We try to reply within two working days, but we do not guarantee the timing or the fact of a reply.

Ideas, suggestions and materials sent to us on your own initiative without a non-disclosure agreement are considered non-confidential. We assume no obligation to keep them secret and are not responsible for any overlap with projects we develop on our own or for other clients.

Personal data from enquiries is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

External links

The website contains links to third-party resources: messengers, product and client websites, professional platforms. They are provided for convenience and do not mean that we endorse their content.

We do not control third-party resources and are not responsible for their availability, content, security or data processing rules. By following a link, you act under the terms of the relevant resource.

No warranties

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”.

• we do not guarantee that the website will work without interruptions or errors, be available at any given moment or display correctly in every browser and on every device;
• scheduled maintenance, updates and outages at the hosting provider may make the website temporarily unavailable;
• we do not guarantee that the website’s materials will suit your particular purposes and tasks.

You make any decisions based on the website’s materials on your own. To assess whether our solutions fit your task, contact us directly.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, indirect losses, loss of data or business reputation arising in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the website.

We are not responsible for failures of communication channels, the actions of the hosting provider and other third parties, or the consequences of unlawful actions directed at the website.

This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of the Russian Federation.

Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in a separate document — the Privacy Policy. It explains what data we process, on what grounds, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights.

For traffic statistics, the website uses Google Analytics — the counter stores cookies in your browser. There are no advertising trackers on the website. What data the counter collects, which other external services are involved when pages load and how to opt out of analytics is described in section 6 of the Privacy Policy.

Changes to the terms

We may change the Terms at any time. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page; its date is shown at the top of the document.

We are not obliged to notify users of changes individually — please check this page before using the website’s materials. Continuing to use the website after a new version has been published means you accept it.

We may also suspend or discontinue the website or any of its sections without prior notice.

Governing law and disputes

The Terms and any relationship arising from the use of the website are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

Disputes are first settled through a claim procedure: a claim is sent to hello@anybit.org and reviewed within 30 calendar days of receipt.

If the dispute cannot be settled, it is referred to the court at the individual entrepreneur’s place of residence in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

If any provision of the Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
