A marketplace for new-build property in Cyprus: a catalogue sourced directly from developers, with map search and filters by property type, region, bedrooms and budget. Developers, projects, buildings and apartments enter the catalogue through automated import rather than by hand.
findhome.today home page
An ERP platform for a lending fintech startup: the deal pipeline from application to disbursement. Company data is pulled in by tax ID, followed by verification, credit history, payment discipline and debt load. The decision is made on a single screen — and the offer or the rejection is sent from that same screen.
Borrower assessment screen
A service that records authorship, shares and rights in a musical work. Each contributor’s part is captured while the track is being made, the agreement is signed with a simple electronic signature under Russian Federal Law 63-FZ, and the output is a signed document, a page for the work and filing packages for the RAO and VOIS collecting societies.

Background music and video for cafés, restaurants and retail chains. The dashboard controls players running on mini PCs and Raspberry Pi: schedules, playlists, volume, over-the-air updates. Once synced, a device plays on its own — it no longer needs a connection to the server.

Every product lives by the rules of its industry, and from the outside those rules are invisible. We are used to figuring them out ourselves: reading regulations, looking at how the work actually gets done today, arguing over details until the whole picture comes together.
That is where a simple solution comes from — a system that solves the problem instead of complicating the process.

Secure networks, access management, device posture control. Infrastructure that has to live inside a closed perimeter.
Lending pipelines, scoring, payments. Where a mistake costs money and you answer to the regulator for it.
Catalogues and marketplaces: maps, filters, sync with developers and a deal that takes months to close.
Rights, shares and royalties: who owes whom and how much, once a track has a million plays and four authors.
Feeds, video, contests, moderation and billing — everything that starts to break at the first thousand users.
Subscriptions, loyalty, discounts, delivery. Products people use every day — and so notice every little detail.
Education services, city platforms, internal corporate tools and projects we are not allowed to talk about.
